Shipping and Order Processing
NZ Orders:
We make shipping easy with simple rates:
- Standard Flat Rates with Tracked Shipping
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow for extended order processing and dispatch times during seasonal heightened sales periods.
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
Once your order is dispatched, your Order Tracking ID will be provided to you via email. Order Tracking data will become live within 48 hours of the order being dispatched. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your Order Tracking ID.
Local Delivery:
We aim to dispatch within 48-72 hours of receiving your order, but please allow longer during heavier traffic seasonal dates.
Please provide your mobile phone number and email with your order so we can send delivery notifications, and the driver can contact you.

Shipping Time Frames
We use DHL to fulfil orders and shipping timeframes vary subject to Metro and Regional delivery locations. An indicative shipping time frame in NZ is 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
There may be delays to these indicative delivery time frames, which are beyond our control, including but not limited to: staff shortages due to COVID-19 and seasonal shipping demand. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by events outside of our control.Β
If you require faster shipping times, please contact Auckland FC at shop@aucklandFC.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipping Disclaimer
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Auckland FC is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Should this occur, Auckland FC will not be able to send you another parcel as a replacement or make a refund.
If a parcel is returned to Auckland FC for various reasons including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email shop@aucklandFC.co.nz to arrange redelivery. Any redelivery postage costs are payable by the customer.
Auckland FC is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address and left on your property in a designated or assumed safe place by the delivery person. In the event of the product parcel being lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local postage authority for a resolution. If the parcel arrived at the delivery address and subsequently became lost or stolen, Auckland FC will not be responsible or required to send you another product parcel or process a product refund.
